I was in need of transfers for a large shirt order, and this was the best option. I was able to go on to the site, and build the sizes that I needed in a way that made the most sense for me to produce the shirts. When the transfers came in, they were well packaged in their box, instructions were clear, and the transfers peeled like butter! Amazing work, hands down!

What is a DTF Transfer?
A DTF Transfer is a digitally-printed, heat-applied transfer used for decorating t-shirts and other garments. Your design is printed on PET film, and you press it on almost any garment
What is a Gang Sheet?
Our gang sheets are 30" wide sheets where you can upload as many designs as you can fit.
Designs By Hand sells our Legacy DTF Transfers on a sheet formatted so that you can arrange your designs in a way that minimizes your costs and maximizes your profits.
Do I need to setup an account place an order?
Yes you need to set up an account to place an order. Creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
What is your turn around time?
Rush Orders 1-3 Business Days
All Regular Orders 2-5 Business Days
I live in another state. How long will it take for the transfers to arrive?
Current UPS and U.S.P.S delivery times:
UPS Ground: 1-5 business days
UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day
U.S.P.S Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days
NOTE: Weekends are not included when counting delivery time.
My package was ruined during transit. What can I do about it?
Your order comes with FREE SHIPPING INSURANCE. Simply email us at info@designzbyhand.com and we will take care of it for you.
Please note that the insurance company usually requires photos and other documentation, so we will need them before we can reship your orders.
Unfortunately, we can only reship your order with the same shipping speed as the damaged order, and you'll have to cover the extra cost if you would like a faster shipping speed.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order in your members page. We recommend creating a members account so that you can keep a record of your orders.
Do you offer Local Pickup?
Convenient Local Pickup Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-6PM.
How much does shipping cost?
We have a few options for shipping. All of the processing time is JUST for the shipping and does not include the time for production.
- USPS Priority - 2-5 Business Days after Fulfillment
- UPS Ground Shipping - 1-5 Business Days after Fulfillment
Overnight Options
- Overnight UPS Shipping - 1 Business Day after Fulfillment
- Overnight AM Delivery Time - UPS Shipping - 1 Business Day after Fulfillment
We do offer Free Basic Shipping on all orders over $125 after any discounts/codes and before taxes.
