Due to the Custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the error is made on our behalf.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We have a No-Return and a No-Refund Policy unless the error is made by Designs By Hand, LLC.
