300 DPI is Highly Recommended*
PNG Format
Transparent Background
Not Mirrored/ Not Reversed.
No Neon/Florescent/Highlighter colors.
No Overlapping or Images off the Page

IMAGE QUALITY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!
We can not verify images for pixelation, haziness or low quality until the image/images are printed due to our small computer monitors.

* The image you add to your gang sheet should be a high quality image with at least 300 DPI or your order will be canceled. Please ensure that you are saving your images with the highest quality, size and pixel count when using third party websites or programs i.e. Canva, Procreate, Illustrator, or Photoshop.

DTF PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Heat Press temperature and pressure could vary so adjusting your press for accuracy is necessary for proper adherence of your transfer to your garment. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRESSING ISSUES DUE TO INACCURATE TEMPERATURE OR PRESSURE.

Direct To Film Transfers

Hot or Cold Peel (Cold Peel Recommended for Beginners)
Medium to High Pressure
Poly Blend - 275°, Time: 10 sec
Tri Blend - 275°, Time: 10 sec
50/50 - 300°, Time: 12 sec
Cotton - 325°, Time: 15 sec
Second Press with Parchment Paper for Best Results
We recommend storing your transfers in a dry Ziploc type bag.

Your order comes with FREE SHIPPING INSURANCE. Simply email us at info@designzbyhand.com and we will take care of it for you.

Please note that the insurance company usually requires photos and other documentation, so we will need them before we can reship your orders.

Unfortunately, we can only reship your order with the same shipping speed as the damaged order, and you'll have to cover the extra cost if you would like a faster shipping speed.
